This virtual group is a welcoming and culturally grounded space created for Black mothers, by Black mothers and maternal health advocates. Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or parenting young children, this space centers your voice, your story, and your wellbeing.

Each session will include conversation, education, resource-sharing, and opportunities to connect with others who understand — without judgment and without needing to explain your experience.
